How many Ultra 8K reseller credits do you need?
Plan in customer months. Under the credit model displayed on this site, one customer active for one month uses one credit. A three-month line uses three credits; a six-month line uses six; and a twelve-month line uses twelve. Confirm the current activation and renewal rules with us before paying, especially if you are moving customers between durations.
Three realistic planning examples
- 10 customers × 12 months = 120 credits. This matches the displayed Starter balance of 120 credits at €160, before accounting for any later renewals.
- 50 customers × 12 months = 600 credits. This matches the displayed Growth balance of 600 credits at €750.
- 100 customers × 12 months = 1,200 credits. This matches the displayed Scale balance of 1,200 credits at €1,400.
Mixed durations work the same way: 20 customers for three months plus five customers for twelve months would be (20 × 3) + (5 × 12) = 120 customer months. Your own demand may be uneven; leave room for renewals and new customers rather than treating a package as a fixed number of people.
